The master hires Roark as a draftsman, and immediately sees the young man’s talent. However, he repeatedly tries to warn him against repeating the fate of Cameron himself. However, the young man is confident in his abilities and is ready to defend his point of view.
Then Roark gets a job in the bureau of Guy Francon, but he is quickly fired from there, as he refused to design the building according to the stupid and wayward requirements of the customer.

Ayn Rand is sure that forcing people to share the result of their labor is an extremely destructive path, and will have extremely serious consequences.
